5º Photography aid
aid Bases of the aid
1. They will be able to choose to the prizes of this aid whichever people wish it.
2. The subject of the present call will be fitted to the Way of Santiago in all its dimensions, as much monumental as to customs, personages, landscapes and landmarks that can present to us their surroundings.
3. Two prizes one of 200 euros and another one of 150 euros settle down. First for the best photography made in the Catalan, jacobeo Way of the Ebro and French from Logroño in those sections already signalized that unite Catalonia with Tumba of the Apostle, by the layout of the Jacobeo of the Ebro. The second for the best photography made in the other Ways of Santiago, in all those sections that are signalized in the rest of Spain. And four accésit, two for the Catalan and jacobeo Way of Ebro and two for other Ways, with prize of plate of ceramics and t-shirt of our Association.
4. Each offerer will be able to send a maximum of three photographies in black and white or color, that is unpublished and that has not been awarded nor presented/displayed in another contest or aid.
5. The size of the photographies will be of a maximum of 30 xs 40 cm and a minimum of 20 xs 30 cm, as much in vertical disposition as horizontal.
6. The works will contain to the back of each one of them the corresponding motto, the title of the photography and the place where the same one was made. In on closed and under the same motto the data of the author, full name will be enclosed as well as complete direction with inclusion of the postal code and a telephone number and electronic mail if it were had.
7. All the photographies will be sent by certified mail to the following direction: Association of friends of the way of Santiago de L'Hospitalet de Llobregat. Ronda la Torrassa street nº 105 low 2ª (08903) L'Hospitalet de Llobregat Barcelona Spain. or presenting/displaying it in our organization personally from 15 of September of 2008
8. The term of admission will finalize next day 13 of Deceember of 2008 (date postmark of post office).
9. The jury will be made up of outstanding photographers and expert people of the Way of Santiago. The failure of the jury will be unquestionable, occurring to know same in mass media L'Hospitalet de Llobregat in the fourth week the month October and in our page Web. The act of the jury will be sent to all the participants who therefore we ask for it in writing.
10. The awarded works will be in property of the Association of Friends of the Way of Santiago de L'Hospitalet, will be able to be used and to be reproduced, with the only condition for mentioning the name of the author.
11. The delivery of prizes will take place in the place and date that opportunely will occur to know.
12. The awarded works will not be given back to the authors by mail, if therefore they ask for these, once finalized the exhibitions that are organized as a result of the aid, the expenses of return will be the responsibility of the author.
13. The participation in this aid estimates the total acceptance of the present bases.
